Parking is located behind our building, off John Street.

You can find it by entering “John Street Parking” into your GPS. From there, you can park in the garage and walk over to us (about a 2-minute walk).

Alternatively, you can drive past the entrance to the parking garage to the next driveway and turn left. You’ll see a parking area directly behind our building.

We do have a 24 hour Cancellation/Late Policy. You can find it here

Please call us as soon as you know you are going to be late. Our late policy gives you a 10 minute grace period. If you are there one minute past the late grace period we will either need to reduce the service (depending on what you booked), or reschedule to another day as there is usually another client coming in after your appointment.

No, we do not take walk-ins. We are strictly by appointment and its definitely suggested to book in advance as the spots book up pretty quickly (book here )

LASER PRE-CARE

Here are a few tips to follow to ensure you get the best results from your laser hair removal treatment.

-Please make sure your skin is at its natural color.

-NO sun exposure, tanning lotions, tanning beds, tanning sprays, and tanning solutions 2-4 weeks before and after your treatment.

-NO Antibiotics, Iron Pills, Retin-A, Aspirin or any blood thinning medications 2 weeks prior to your treatment.

-NO Accutane or immunosuppressants in the last 6 months. If you have taken (or are currently taking) these, or any other medications, please notify the studio immediately.

-Treatment area(s) must be clean and free of: lotions, deodorant and ointments.

-Shave 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

-AVOID sugaring/waxing, bleaching, tweezing, threading, Nair, etc. for 4 weeks prior to your appointment.

-NO facial treatments, microdermabrasion, or chemical peels for at least 2 weeks before and after your laser treatment.

SUGARING PRE-CARE

-Ensure the area/areas you are getting sugared are clean and free from lotions, oils, and deodorants. If you’re getting a Bikini or Brazilian, we recommend that you wear cotton panties for the hours after service to avoid irritation to the newly sugared skin.

-NO Accutane or immunosuppressants in the last 6 months. If you have taken (or are currently taking) these, or any other medications, please notify the studio immediately.

-NO shaving for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Hair MUST be long enough to remove. Shaving days before is not enough time for the hair to grow to the recommended length.

Yes, we are located inside the building located at 41 Queen Street E. You can access the building from the front or back and you would come up the stairs. We are in unit 201 on the right.
